offering of the eight-title lineup of International Film Festival Rotterdam is, for my money, Konstantin Bojanov's "Light Thereafter."

Any film that features a looney tune protagonist gallivanting across Europe in search of a painter has Oscar bait written all over it. And any director named Konstantin must be serious.
